We want you to love your home transformation, so we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unopened tile sheets in their original packaging. Please ensure your project measurements are accurate before peeling and sticking, as installed products cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Tiles

  Carefully place the unused tile sheets back into their original protective box to prevent any bending or adhesive damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned tiles for resale quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
