Can these tiles be installed over existing ceramic tiles?
Yes, our stick-on tiles can be applied directly over existing ceramic or glass tiles, provided the surface is smooth, clean, and dry. Ensure that the grout lines of the existing tile are not too deep, as this could affect the adhesion and final appearance.
Are the tiles heat and water resistant?
Absolutely. Our tiles are designed for kitchen backsplashes and bathroom walls. They are resistant to humidity and heat from stovetops; however, we recommend maintaining a distance of at least 8 inches from an open flame or direct heat source.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes between 5 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Can I remove the tiles later without damaging my walls?
Yes, our tiles are renter-friendly. To remove them, simply use a hair dryer to warm up the adhesive, which softens it and allows the tile to be peeled back gently without pulling off paint or damaging the drywall.
What is your return policy if I order too many or change my mind?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unopened tile packs in their original packaging. Simply contact our support team to initiate a return. Please note that shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I calculate how many packs I need to order?
Measure the total width and height of the area you wish to cover to get the square footage. We recommend adding an extra 10% to your total to account for cutting, waste, and edge trimming during installation.
